Delivery & Returns
All items sold online are delivered within 7 working days. If we, for whatever reason, cannot deliver within 7 working days, we will call to inform the customer.
Delivery will be 7 working days from the confirmation e-mail. Our delivery days are Wednesdays and Saturdays. We will contact customers to confirm which day either by phone or e-mail (or both).
If customers have paid for an old bed to be removed, that will be removed on the same delivery day as the new bed(s) arrives.
All items sold online carry a standard 1 year manufacturers guarantee. We advise all customers, if uncertain, to try a new mattress / bed with the covers still ‘on’. We reserve the right to refuse item returns if coverings have been removed.
Covid-19 Precautions
Our drivers carry PPE (Personal Protection Equipment) in their vehicles, and regularly sanitise their hands so that when entering a house, are protected as much as is possible.
Our drivers will call you 30 minutes before they arrive. Please ensure you remain 2m away from our delivery team, and that you open all doors and windows in your home.
Please inform us if you have tested positive for Covid-19 *before* we deliver
If you or anyone has symptoms or has tested positive for Covid-19, please do let us know if anyone is affected in this way as early as possible so that we can reschedule your delivery to a later date.
